Michael Sommerton, Director of Human Resources

Michael joined Inchcape in 2005 as Director Human Resources having previously held executive HR roles in the retail sector, as well as in the private hospital industry.

Michael has a Bachelor of Business (Industrial Relations) from Charles Sturt University and postgraduate qualifications in business administration. In his current role, Michael has responsibility for Inchcape's People Strategy, shared services including payroll, OHS, organisational development and learning, internal communications and employee relations.

Michael is married and has two children.
