Balancing personal life and work life

In a society of increasingly high cost of living, more and more families are finding it difficult to balance personal and work life. To help our people maintain a healthy balance, from Jan 1 2008 we will introduce paid parental leave of up to 12 weeks dependent upon length of service and additional leave in the form of Family Days. Inchcape Australia also offers the flexibility to work part time where possible.

Reward for Long Service

A healthy superannuation balance is a guarantee for a retirement free from financial stress. We aim to assist in building this balance for long term employees in recognition of their dedication and service to the Company, so from Jan 1 2008 we will make a discretionary lump sum payment at service milestones into an employees nominated superannuation fund.

Looking After Our People

The health of our people is vital to us. To promote health and safety within Inchcape Australia, we have undertaken a number of initiatives in recent years to actively promote health and wellbeing including free yearly influenza vaccinations and an Employee Assistance Program offering free counseling and support provided by an independent and confidential professional counselling service.

All of our team members are eligible to participate in discretionary bonus or commission schemes. Based on individual and group performance, bonus and commission schemes structures are tailored to encourage Gold Standard performance.
